January 6 – February 28
Participants are invited to complete at least 30 yoga practices between January 6 and the last day of February. This challenge is designed to support consistency, creativity, and connection to your personal practice.
Yoga may be practiced anywhere and in any style. This is not about perfection or performance—it’s about showing up.
You must practice yoga at least 30 times during the challenge period
Practices may take place:
At any yoga studio
At home
Outdoors
Anywhere that feels accessible to you
Practice length is flexible:
Anywhere from 5 minutes to 90 minutes
Your practice may include:
Vinyasa or flow
Yin or restorative
Meditation
Breathwork
Stretching
Sitting or lying down
Hot yoga
Any form of yoga that supports what you need that day
After each practice, you may take a photo of your favorite pose from that day’s practice.
The pose does not need to be advanced or fancy
Choose a pose that felt meaningful to you—for any reason
Creativity is encouraged:
Location
Mood
Lighting
Perspective
Extra consideration will be given for creative photos, but simplicity is always welcome
To officially enter the contest, you must:
Post your photo on Instagram
Tag @MaydwellYoga
This step is required for your entry to count
Use the hashtag #Maydwell30
Each tagged post counts as part of your participation in the challenge.
After the contest ends, Maydwell Yoga teachers will select their 10 favorite photos
These finalists will be posted online for community voting
The yoga community will vote for their favorites
Participants are encouraged to share the voting post and tag friends to support their entry
