End your day with twenty minutes of calm, connection, and gentle movement from the comfort of your bed. This class is open to all levels and welcomes everyone. You may choose to practice from your bed, a chair, or the floor (whatever feels best for your body). I’ll be teaching from my own bed, guiding you through soft stretches and mindful breathing to help quiet the mind and relax the nervous system.

Research shows that gentle movement and focused breath before bedtime can reduce stress hormones, lower heart rate, and prepare the body for restful sleep. Over time, this evening ritual can improve sleep quality, mental clarity, and overall relaxation.

Bring a bolster or a few pillows for support. Arrive ready for bed in comfortable clothing or pajamas, with your nightly routine complete, so you can simply turn out the light and drift peacefully to sleep after class.
