Yoga Sculpt is an upbeat, strength-building class that combines traditional yoga postures with light hand weights and optional resistance bands to create a fun, energizing full-body workout. This class is designed to build muscle tone, improve endurance, and add a playful challenge to your practice while still grounding you in breath, alignment, and mindful movement.

Each Sculpt class includes dynamic sequences, standing poses, balance drills, and core work, with added resistance to help you feel strong and supported. Your teacher will offer variations with and without equipment, so you can choose the level that feels right for your body. Expect a mix of strengthening exercises, flowing transitions, and a good stretch at the end to help your body reset and recover.

What you may need for class:
• Light weights (1–5 lbs or household substitutes like water bottles or cans)
• A resistance band (loop or long band)
• A yoga mat
• Water
• A towel if you tend to sweat

Yoga Sculpt is accessible to all levels, and no previous strength-training experience is required. Whether you're looking to build strength, support your yoga practice, or simply enjoy a fun and uplifting workout from home, this class offers a motivating way to move, breathe, and feel empowered in your body.
