Sangha Gathering: Full Moon Cleansing Bath Soaks + Moon Salutations
This gathering centers on the full moon as a moment of completion, visibility, and release. We’ll create eleven bath salt soaks to return to at each full moon throughout the remaining months of the year—simple rituals designed to support rest, reflection, and gentle clearing.
As we mix and prepare the soaks together, we’ll reflect on what it means to let go—not in a dramatic way, but through quiet, consistent acts of care. Water, salt, and intention come together here as grounding tools, offering the body and nervous system a way to soften and reset.
These soaks are not about fixing or changing yourself. They are about pausing at the end of each cycle, washing away what’s been carried, and making space for what naturally comes next. This is yoga practiced through ritual, repetition, and listening—off the mat, but deeply embodied.
You’ll leave this gathering with a collection of soaks to use throughout the year, each one a small invitation to return to yourself at the close of each month.
