In this Ashtanga Basics class, we’ll break down foundational postures and transitions from the Primary Series step-by-step, with an emphasis on breath (ujjayi), movement (vinyasa), and steady focus.

Expect a guided warm-up, standing sequence, and selected seated and finishing postures. Poses are typically held for a few breaths, with options and modifications offered throughout. This class is appropriate for all levels, especially beginners and anyone wanting to build strong fundamentals.
