A strength and core based class using the wall and a chair for support, stability, and accessibility. Designed to make sculpt style movement more inclusive for a range of bodies and abilities.


Light weights can be added, but they are completely optional. A chair without arms is ideal, but we can make it work with what you have at home. Our goal is to help make this practice work for you.
